12-years jail for rapist uncle

Efforts by the Parliament to increase the penalty for sexual offences, in order to combat the rising tide of sexual violence targeting young children, has not caused a drop in the number of cases before the courts, said the court as punishment was handed down to a 20-year-old man for raping an 11-year-old girl.
