The 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has recently concluded successfully. It deliberated and adopted the Recommendations of the CPC Central Committee for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, which maps out a new blueprint for China to advance the cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation, and once again demonstrates to the world the confidence and vitality of "the Governance of China".
