Go straight to the root

Dear Editor

I must have been misled that Samoa is safe again, since their saviour has returned to earth, not on the clouds but by plane.

But trying to find solutions to all these problems you might come up with some suggestions that will never work, because it’s not by intelligence, neither by your degree of education.

Why not go straight to the root. 1. Families, 2. Government, 3. Globalization.

Everything starts from home. Village councils are nothing more than heads and leaders of families and households, governments officials are none other than leaders of families who have been corrupted by the political system institutions influenced from the outside.

Parents no long teach/discipline, their hands are tied with U.N. resolutions that the government applied.

Village councils no longer rule, they look to their saviour for solutions because they have been over ruled by their saviour’s government guided and directed by outsiders.

Government only has power to divide and destroy, not power to save and to heal, or they would not have tried to bring under their control all that do not belong to them, regardless of the consequences.

Division leads to hatred, contention, conflict, arguments and fighting. Introduced outside influences and it give birth to outside problems which outside countries have yet to find solutions to cure them.

Aww, if we could only go back and respect our elders and soak up all their wisdom/knowledge, in which their values are far greater than our paper degrees, we would probably be in a far better condition than that we are in. Children must be prepared from within the home for everywhere else outside of home, in church, in school, in Apia, in other countries and everywhere else.

How about reintroducing our way of life?
