Clubspeed Announces Alok Pandey as CEO

Clubspeed, the leading global software solution for race tracks, trampoline parks and multi-activity family entertainment centers, recently underwent a transition in leadership, announcing Alok Pandey as its new Chief Executive Officer. Clubspeed’s former CEO and majority investor Romir Bosu of Nadavon Capital Partners will move into the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.

A technology industry veteran, Pandey brings experience from his most recent position as Chief Financial Officer of Twingate, a venture capital-backed network security company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has also served in vice president roles at Pango, a cybersecurity software company backed by Accel and sold to Aura in 2020, and Vector Capital, a multi-billion dollar technology-focused private equity firm. Pandey joined Clubspeed’s board of directors in April, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Quick Custom Intelligence, a software company servicing the gaming and hospitality industries.
