Vaccinated passengers could bypass quarantine

Samoans returning from overseas who have already received COVID-19 vaccinations could be allowed to bypass current mandatory quarantine procedures, the nation’s health chief has confirmed.  

The Director-General of the Ministry of Health, Leausa Dr. Take Naseri, said incoming passengers would need to provide certified proof of inoculation on arrival, showing they have been administered a COVID-19 vaccine.
