University of Auckland Senior Lecturer in Pacific Studies, Lupematesila Dr. Melani Anae, and University of Auckland's Associate Professor of Criminology, Tamasailau Suaalii-Sauni, say given how much Samoans abroad contribute to their homeland through remittances, they should have voting rights.
