Tip off leads Police to find marijuana seller

The Ministry of Police has apprehended a man found with marijuana in his possession.

Police Spokesperson, Superintendent Auapaau Logotino Filipo, confirmed this yesterday.

“Police received a phone call informing us that a man was selling marijuana in front of a store in Vailele,” he said.

“We found the man with marijuana cigarettes already wrapped but we could not identify how many cigarettes were in his possession.”

The man was immediately arrested.

“The 32-year-old male is now charged with possession and selling of marijuana to the public."

“He has to sign in at a police station on Wednesdays and Fridays to await his court appearance on November 20th.”
