ACTIVE RECOVERY: Bruised and sore from the night before at Apia Park, members of the Welsh rugby team took time out yesterday to explore the pristine waters of Samoa with the local Pualele Outrigger Canoeing Club.

Fresh off a 19-17 victory over Manu Samoa, Captain Jamie Roberts and his men were given a quick course on V6 canoeing before they hit the water.

They started from the beach infront of Taumeasina Island Resort.
