PS Jeffrey, you sounded like one of those who were involved in doing a survey that the Samoan government would called a consultation, so that it would sign into law without debate and knowledge of the people.
It didn’t work with Bani and now are being tried on our poor old man Tuilaepa because he loves money and he would confuse the matter to get his money.
When the government talks to the villages they just wanted to do a survey, but when discussed in Parliament the survey has changed its name into consultation. I admire those four matai with foresight to preserve our heritage for future generations.
