I have never heard of any raid undertaken by police officers being armed with weapons or weapons being used before, until the Mr. Fui’availi’ili Egon Keil became the Police Commissioner.
There may have been raids before his time that officers were armed with guns but I’ve never heard of it or seen it.
So the question came to mind, was the reason why I didn’t hear of things like this before was because the police were using the Samoan way to solve those issues or was because they’ve never done anything?
Just waiting and giving time to problems to just go away and disappear? Or order the physician to heal thyself?
I believe Olo is correct, these problems would have been corrected many moons ago if the P.M. and his ministers took all those letters into consideration with seriousness knowing that nothing happens for a reason.
Letters were written because there were valid reasons.
Hope they’ve now learned their lesson.
