PR - Nuanua O le Alofa, the national advocacy organization of persons with disabilities   will convene the first National forum for young persons with disabilities.

The two day Forum starting today aims to fill some of the knowledge gaps of government Ministries, civil societies, private sector and the wider community on young people with disabilities and raise awareness of the specific issues facing them in order to encourage development actors to develop no gap policies and programmes, remove barriers and include youth with disabilities in both current and future initiatives.

Furthermore, Nuanua O Le Alofa Youth Committee believes that by encouraging more support and recognition of the contributions young persons with disabilities continue to make at all levels, future societies will become inclusive of everyone.
