Can I please use this forum to ask a question this question.
Since 2009, Justice Vui Clarence Nelson had ruled that compensation for Land Taken at Afulilo for Public Purposes be paid to the late Tupuola Faitala.
Unfortunately, instead of paying this compensation to the Trustee of the late Tupuola Faitala, the Office of the Attorney General had instead taken this compensation and deposited it with the Public Trust Office!
Given this situation - is it legal therefore for the Office of the Attorney General to do otherwise than the ruling of the Court?
Am I entitled therefore to additional compensation?
Who precisely is the Boss here?
