A Samoan superhero or what?

WHO IS THIS MAN? In the burning heat of Apia, this man did not seem to mind.
He turned a lot of heads in Apia on Saturday where he was running around in his red hot outfit.
So what should we call this guy? Superman? Samoan Superhero? Or in the words of Prime Minister Tuilaepa, an “idiot”?
