It’s a tough go at it because the government will not put any funding to it.
They have to spend it on all the unnecessary vehicles to travel plus petrol.
They act like Samoa is a country like the U.S. where all the VIP gov’t workers have their own vehicles.
Samoa just forgets that they are in completely different budget numbers. Anyways, maybe when they have offerings on Sundays, give half to this idea of yours, which I think is great. The funding is the key and then the parents.
Samoa is in the business of making babies and have them be the support system once grown.
