LONDON (AP) — Wales prop Tomas Francis has been cited following an incident during Saturday's Six Nations defeat by England at Twickenham.

TV footage showed the forward appearing to make contact with the eye area of England tighthead Dan Cole late in the game, which England won 25-21 to set the hosts up for a Grand Slam bid against France in Paris next weekend.

Francis faces a lengthy ban if he is found guilty at a disciplinary hearing to be held later this week.

In a statement on Sunday, Six Nations organizers said that citing commissioner John Cole has also issued a formal warning to England back-row forward James Haskell for a dangerous "neck roll" tackle in the 16th minute of the second half of the same match.
