P.R. - Two consultants are undertaking a Quality Review of National University of Samoa (N.U.S) programmes under the A.P.T.C-N.U.S Partnership Agreement.

The Quality Review is a joint activity between A.P.T.C and N.U.S and the three N.U.S programmes selected for this Quality Review include:

i. Commercial Cookery

ii. Plumbing

iii. Hospitality

The review of the Cookery programme was completed a few weeks ago and N.U.S is currently awaiting the final report of that review

The purpose of the review is to identify areas of focus for quality improvement of each programme. For each programme the four aspects reviewed are:

i. Curriculum

ii. Staffing

iii. Industry Engagement

iv. Facilities

The consultants conducting the review will visit N.U.S over one week and the recommendations of each review report will enable N.U.S to enhance the quality and delivery standards for each of the programmes under review.
