It was a beautiful day for an equally gorgeous couple.

The stunning view at the Taumeasina Island Resort set the mood  nicely for a day to remember for Alvin Onesemo and Salamasina Finau who tied the knot yesterday in front of families and friends.

Reverend I’aeva Amita’i of C.C.C.S. Safato’a Tai conducted the service.

He told the couple that marriage is a lifetime commitment.

“Marriage is a lifetime commitment for any newly wedded couple,” he said.

“Love each other during the best of times and the worst of times, through thick and thin, for rich or poor and through sickness and in health till death do you part.”

The bride Salamasina Patricia Finau is the daughter of the late Finau Tu’a and Epenesa Meni of Safato’a Tai, Lefaga and Papapuleia Savai’i.

She works for Women in Business as a Finance Officer.

The groom Alvin Filemoni Onesemo is the son of Talauega Soi Lafi and Poutasi Onesemo of Malaemalu Falealili and Vaivase Uta.

He is a Principal Customs Officer at the Ministry for Revenue.
