Woman cons buyers, sold rented cars

Three rentals were targeted by a woman who allegedly rented vehicles and then sold them to unsuspecting buyers. The suspect, identified as Kristy Faalefeagai Ropati, is now at the centre of the alleged fraudulent dealings.
