Le Moana Beach Party this weekend

If you’re looking for a great time this weekend, look no further than the Le Moana Beach Party at Taumeasina Island Resort, this Saturday.

The sponsors of this event are promising an experience to remember!

In early July, Bluesky released their promotion with a new 2017 Ford Ranger as the grand prize for one lucky winner. As the countdown begins, with only 10 more days to go before the final draw, Bluesky has partnered up with Taumeasina Island Resort and Taula to bring their first ever Le Moana Beach Party to life.

Doors will open at 12 noon for a day filled with family fun and activities for all ages. Children under 12 will be free and for those 12 years and older, a small cover charge of  5 tala will apply.

The first 100 people to enter will also receive free goodie bags, compliments of Taula, Taxi, Krissy Snacks and Anchor.

Adults coming in during the day, and paying the 5 tala fee, will receive free entry into the After Party which will be managed with bright-coloured water resistant bands for payment and entrance confirmation.

Bluesky will be hosting games and prize giveaways, including a treasure hunt for the kids, touch, volleyball, water balloon wars, musical chairs and of course, wet’ n’wild activities, such as the slip and slide. Taumeasina will also bring face-painting for the kids, tug-of-war, and lots of delicious desserts and food for everyone.

There’ll be corndogs and nachos made with taro chips for the children for 5 tala and adult BBQ plates for 10 tala. Ice-creams, snow-cones, desserts and Taxi floats will also be for sale, starting from 3 tala.

There will be Taxi stands for the kids and Taula beer for the adults.

Another huge highlight for the day will be the presence of the Nafanua paddling club, who will be dressed as Maui and ready to host rides for the family.

Nafanua paddlers will be there to ramp up the International Alo Paopao paddling event which Bluesky proudly sponsors, as well.

This event attracts elite paddlers from around the world and commences the following weekend in Apia Harbour.

For this reason, people taking paddling rides will be encouraged to donate a gold coin to support the Alo Paopao event and crew.

No doubt, the After Party, which starts at 6pm, will be a splendid finale for the day.

Taula will take over with games, freebies and fun interactive activities, and the night will be highlighted by live music presented by one of Samoa’s favourite local bands, Silver Bullet.

Music will be played throughout the whole day and right into the night. Food and drinks will continue from 6pm onwards with oka, poke, chicken fingers, stir fried noodles and much more on the night menu. There will be a full bar hosted by Taula with drinks starting from 5 tala.

The event is intended to offer an exceptional experience for the family and all who attend.

“We want our customers and members of the public to interact with our brands in a way that’ll warm their hearts and build advocacy for us and our partners,” said Bluesky Samoa Country Manager, Alex Abraham.

“We’re excited to be partnering with these strong brands who value the customer experience just as much as we do.”

“And of course, our 2017 Ford Ranger will be there during the day for all to see. Our customers are entering this promotion by texting the word FORD to 4444 or calling 4444 direct. We’re quite excited to see who the lucky winner will be when the draw comes to a close.”
