Another yoke

Re: Stamp duty bill

All this government is interested in is laying heavier yokes on the backs of the people of Samoa, yet they were elected to find ways to ease the peoples’ burdens.

When electricity, water, food and a decent education are not available to all Samoans, ae o lea e finau nei tamaalii I auala e fa’amamafa atili ai le mativa male pologa o tagata nuu o Samoa, oka se le alolofa.

And please, that “Land Title Registration Act” you illegally railroaded over our Samoan heads without a referendum, it’s a hoax.

Mark our word, we are fighting L.T.R.A. 2008 and will not give up. Kaaalo lava I nisi mea ae aua tou te fia pule I fauna ma eleele o Samoa na maligi ai loimata ma le toto masa’a o o tatou taua.

If you’ve sold your souls to the devil and have forgotten these facts and the struggles of our historical past, the majority of honorable Samoans, with guts have not. The fight is on.
