Show me in the legislation where Torrens title is mentioned or where Customary lands are converted to Public or Freehold title. It simply does not exist, no matter how you interpret it.

I have read all the legislation and try to understand the intent of it and I certainly don’t believe everything I read, especially the fake news being proported on this subject.

On the consultation about the dam, I assume that the public consultation is to ensure that the project does not get rushed through without affected parties having their say.

To start such a project only to have it derailed mid-stream would be far more costly.
