Well, if there are rapes, there are rapes.
If they come to court, then there is a clear public interest (within the usual ethical guidelines of course) and journalists have full rights to report them.
The best thing for Samoans to do is to stop committing rapes and incest.
It seems 90% of these crimes are committed within the family. There is a clear social problem there that the churches, villages, and government need to address.
