Supermarket appeal strikeout ends neighbours' dispute

A legal dispute mounted against the Government's planning agency after it gave a former Cabinet Minister approval to construct a supermarket has been struck out by the Court of Appeal.  

The lawsuit was filed by business couple Komisi Chan Mow and Sala Lupe Chan Mow in September 2018 against the Planning and Urban Management Agency (P.U.M.A.).
