Charmina Saili was doing the Samoa peer review for the Pacific leaders and she needed a sogaimiti to take photos of for the Samoa Peer Review report.

She could not find anyone willing to pose including the Samoa tourism sogaimiti so she asked Allan.

“He didn’t want to do it but agreed to do it for me.”

He went and took his mum big siapo and cut it up into pieces so he and his other  boys could dance and pose with him for my photographer and me.

“That’s how big his heart is. Even though he did not want to do it, he did it for me.

This photograph was taken outside the Samoa NUS fale in Oct 2013.
