F.A.S.T. moves to force Parliament stting

The Fa’atuatua ile Atua Samoa ua Tasi (F.A.S.T.) party is asking the Court of Appeal to direct Parliament to convene and clarify the caretaker Government's attempts to stop it from doing so are "unlawful".
F.A.S.T. is seeking legal directions from the court in a motion filed this week in response to a case heard earlier this month against the Electoral Commissioner and Aliimalemanu Alofa Tuuau.
