The Fa'atuatua i le Atua Samoa ua Tasi (F.A.S.T.) party is the winner of the 2021 General Election, leader Fiame Naomi Mataafa has declared, saying inconsistent decisions by the Office of the Electoral Commission led to the "dragging" of election results.
