A former Cabinet Minister, Faumuina Tiatia Liuga was edged out in a nailbiting race between two Fa’atuatua i le Atua Samoa ua Tasi (F.A.S.T.) candidates for the seat of Palauli No.2. Unofficial results has Tiatia Laulu Mapusua on top by only two votes.
Laauli wins by landslide in preliminary count
Fa’atuatua i le Atua Samoa ua Tasi deputy Leader and Chairman, Laauli Polataivao Leuatea Schmidt remains on top, as shown by preliminary results on Friday.
