Samoa Stationery and Books (S.S.A.B.) is getting ready to celebrate its 12th birthday with the theme "thankful."

Three days away from the celebration, the President and C.E.O. of the company that has developed a reputation for always helping the community says the theme is an acknowledgement of what has been extremely challenging and unprecedented year, only for Samoa but the whole world. 

“With all that’s been going around and thinking back to the start of this year; needless to mention the pandemic which has affected the world. God has shown our country, our people, our customers, our S.S.A.B. Family more of his love, his grace and his power,” Tofilau said in a statement.

 The theme for the company’s birthday is the same as their Christmas campaign. 

Tofilau acknowledged that God has shown Samoa and its people, their customers, S.S.A.B. family more of his love, grace and power.

S.S.A.B. is one of the few local companies in Samoa not to have let go any of its staff despite the economic downturn.

Tofilau fought through her words when she spoke about God’s favour and blessings upon S.S.A.B. 

“I am thankful to God because we are still here with our loved ones, family and friends but as a country,” she said. 

“In honouring God and showcasing our hearts of thankfulness to him, we dedicate our 12th birthday and thankful Christmas celebrations to him.”

The company will launch this weekend its 12th birthday and Thankful Christmas campaign, which includes a discount on one hundred different products on their popular lucky late bird sale for 12 hours from 7am to 7pm.

The same specials will be available on Saturday from 8am to 2pm.

S.S.A.B. has promised to give away hundred freebies for the first hundred customers that arrive at its megastore on Saturday morning.

Any customer that spends more than $50 will enter the draw for a chance to win one of ten prizes from the store or its partners. 

S.S.A.B. confirmed that the total value of prizes they are giving away for their birthday celebrations and Thankful Christmas campaign $50,000. 

The Marketing Manager of S.S.A.B., Asomua Asia Stanley, said that they hoped customers would benefit from electronic goods, home appliances, furniture and beds being given away from 12-24 December.

Tofilau also thanked all their customers locally and abroad and their business suppliers for their ongoing support. 

“Thank you for entrusting your business to us, we will ensure to take care of your needs every time you reach out to us,” she said.
