A hungry thief. Your house might be next

A prominent member of the community had his house broken into where the thief ransacked it looking for valuables to take.

The homeowner took to Facebook and posted the following:

“My place at Vailele next to our golf course got ransacked by a very hungry person. Nothing broken or missing just a tuna can that got eaten. And the decency to use my spoon to eat it with. Some very hungry person.

This person cannot find anything else in my house worth taking. Thanks to him/her that my parents and my kids photos are not disturbed. I will not bother the Police with it. Because my life is not at risk and this poor hungry person somehow have to survive. My worry is if this person can’t find food in the next few days somebody else's home will be ransacked. If anyone lives around this area please be vigilant and stay alert and report to police.”
