Father in mourning shares grief over son's death

The father of a 24-year-old male, who was killed after he was hit by a speeding truck, has appealed to the perpetrators to surrender to the Police. Sioape Notoa, of Lalovaea, died at the scene last Saturday evening.

The Police – based on eyewitness statements – saying his death was allegedly caused by a white 4WD Toyota Hilux, which was racing with another vehicle along Vaitele Street and heading eastward towards Malifa.
