The heavy rain and flooding during the Mother’s Day weekend generated some interesting social media content.

One of them was this photo taken at the Fugalei Market which shows three men helping a woman to get to the other side without  getting wet.

But the comments on the Facebook page where the photo was uploaded have rather focused on how three men helped a younger woman to cross while an elderly mother (to the left) is left to wade through the water with her load.
