A new law firm run by a husband and wife team has opened its doors in the centre of Apia’s business district.

Owners Leuluainofo Tuioti Aitofele and Maoi’autele Amitonu Brigitta told the Samoa Observer that their mantra is to strive to become a pioneer law firm in Samoa through the provision of quality legal solutions that also utilises ICT solutions to reach clients not only internationally, but also within Samoa.

The firm offers legal services including adoption, debt collection, civil, commercial and criminal litigation, contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

“The fact we use ICT solutions to contact our clients means we can video call or teleconference clients within Samoa (including Savai’i or anywhere in remote Upolu) without the need for clients to come into our Offices at Apia, as well as overseas clients who have legal matters here in Samoa,” Maoi’autele said in an email response to the Samoa Observer.

The couple is they are proud and are determined to serve to make a difference in the provision of legal services in Samoa.

Maoi’autele is a graduate of the University of Auckland and is the practising legal Partner of the firm. She is an authorised barrister, solicitor, and notary public, and has 10 years of legal experience from working in Australia, New Zealand and Samoa.

Leuluainofo is the operations manager of the company overseeing customer and client care and will take the lead in strategic and operational initiatives.
