A former principal officer at the Ministry of Education Sports and Culture accused of stealing roofing iron from his employer has walked away without a charge.
U.S.P students honoured at graduation
The 2019 and 2020 graduates of the University of the South Pacific (U.S.P) Samoa Campus were honored with a graduation ceremony on Thursday after their graduations had been canceled.

"H.R.P.P. has become unaccustomed to the normal process of presenting platform in the electoral period. They have not had any real challenging opposition so now that they are being faced with it they are looking for whatever they can call on," Fiame Naomi Mata'afa said. "Now they are using words like treason."
