Vodafone Samoa has launched a new look website. 

Designed in-house, the website promises easy access by its clients to essential information concerning the company's services.

Satish Sharma, Vodafone Chief Executive Officer, said the website is an exciting development for the company.

“We believe that this new site will allow our visitors to have a very informative experience as we continue to grow," he said.  

"Here at Vodafone, we pride ourselves knowing we have a great team of professionals within our IT department, who were able to create Vodafone’s new website in-house.”

He added that the website is made by Samoans, for Samoans. 

“It’s easy to navigate and is the one stop for all customer related enquiries.”  

Other uses of the new website include client testimonials, management biographies, and career opportunities. 

An updated blog post will also be launched the coming week.

“It will include topics centered on technology, tips, key industry highlights and current terms and condition updates around promotions,” added the statement.

“The new website has a clean uncluttered design, improved functionality and enhanced rich content focused on the Company's mission; To enrich people’s lives by providing the best customer experience through innovative products and services; making it radically simple, affordable and accessible.”

The capability of the website allows customers to sign up for their MyVodafone Account; to view their prepaid services, balance & purchase data online, register with M-Tala for free, and customers who are using postpaid services will now be able to view their online statements and view their transaction history/ make payments towards their accounts.

The Vodafone C.E.O. added that their new website has come in time with customers now spending more time online & social distancing is being encouraged by our Government.

“We want everyone in Samoa to stay safe; hence our website will be the safer option for customers.”
