Samoa A gears up for second challenge

Samoa A Head Coach, Muliagatele Brian Lima, has made three changes to his team ahead of this Saturday’s game against Junior Japan.

Samoa A won their previous match against Tonga A, 40-10, which will see them go head to head with Junior Japan for their final contest of this year’s Pacific Challenge.

The three changes will see lock, Presley Tufuga and openside flanker, Joseph Fuimaono, fresh out of the bench to join the team.

Other two changes will have halfback, Melani Matavao, returning from injuries he sustained during their opener against Fiji Warriors last week, and Jonny Vaili, coming in for Mesala Seumalo who had a great game last week.

Samoa A and Junior Japan are sitting equally in second place after round two of the competition, with both having one win and a loss.

The Samoa A game against Junior Japan kicks off at the A.N.Z. Stadium in Suva, Fiji at 3pm local time.
