This is great and it is a huge help for us taxi drivers because everything is getting expensive now. It is great the price is dropping because it was getting a little bit too expensive. It's great news, especially for us taxi drivers because we always have to fill up our cars. I thank the Government for their assistance to drop the petrol prices.

Paepae Lafaele, 58, Nofoali’i

I didn’t know that the petrol prices have dropped. Hearing this news is great and I thank the Government for this decision and this is a really great help for all of us.

Timo Aita, 49, Nofoali’i

If the price dropped a little bit more then it would has been great. A lower price would have been great because it only dropped a little, and if it were at a lower price than that would have helped us financially because everything is getting expensive these days. Owning a car isn’t just about petrol prices, various car parts can cost a lot too. It really isn’t a huge drop in the price.

Fata Masefau, 70, Vaitele-fou

It is great that the prices have dropped and it will be a great help to all of us, especially for us who use trucks for work because the petrol and diesel prices have been getting too expensive. We usually have to fill up our trucks so if the price went down then that will help us financially.

Peseta Alofipo, 63, Saleaula

I didn’t know that the prices had dropped. The prices of diesel and petrol are slightly different but this drop barely makes a change. Overseas, diesel is usually cheaper than petrol. Some people don’t even know about the price drop and won’t even realize the price difference until they go to a gas station.

Vena Tupuola, 43, Siumu

The petrol and diesel price drop is great because it was getting too expensive. This will help everyone who owns a car especially people who use vehicles for work and for transport.
