Bluesky Samoa has announced three people as the winners for the telecommunication company's 8^th birthday promotion in April this year.

Mulipola Ioane Lafaele of Siusega, Taualai Fonoti from Leone and Tuitamai Savaiinaea of Salailua, Savai'i have each won a trip to Paris, France to watch the Manu Samoa 7s team in action.  

The three lucky winners of the “Trip of a Lifetime Paris” promotion were selected under the supervision of the Gambling Commission Authority.  

People were given the chance to text in the word "Paris" to 180 for $0.99 sene and also through the Shop Reseller scheme, which all Bluesky resellers have been advised separately.

Taualai Fonoti, who is a financial controller and studying at National University of Samoa, had entered using his student SIM card.

“When I got that phone call, I got very excited because I love to travel. I cannot wait to see what other promotions Bluesky has lined up and hope to win big again, thank you Bluesky.”

Lafaele, who works at the N.U.S., said he texted 10 times and was shocked when he was called and advised that he was one of three lucky winners. 

He said the telecommunications was "truthful" with the promotions and he encouraged members of the public to make the switch. 

"I encourage you to switch over to Bluesky and participate in all their promotions, because you never know when you’re the lucky winner! Thank you Bluesky, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity I will remember for many years to come.” 

Tuitamai is one of the other lucky winners who had entered through Bluesky’s Reseller Scheme. He owns a shop at Salailua, Savai'i and sells Bluesky SIM cards, Echarges and mobile phones. 

“I was surprised when they called me to say that my shop had won. Thank you so much for including us Resellers into your 8^th Birthday promotion Bluesky. I look forward to the other promotions in the near future.”
