Chan Mow Company Limited donated Mothers' Day gifts to the elders at Mapuifagalele yesterday.

On behalf of the company, Supervisor and representative Taivale Iulai Samu wished the elders nothing but the best in life. 

One of the elders, Faapalagi Manogiamanu said it is not about presents but the joy of people giving them each day.

"We've always been blessed from people coming into Samoa to visit us and those who have the good will to visit us especially with these special days.

"We're so grateful to Chan Mow for these beautiful gifts and we just wouldn't thank them enough for their support. It means a lot and it's a great ray of hope to live longer and have faith in God," she said.

Mrs. Manogiamanu's dream of her children visiting her will also come true this Mother's Day as they will also come and see her.

She acknowledged the team at Mapouifagalele for the love and care they provide everyday and she said "it's been warm and comforting".

"It's like seeing my children up there giving me love and affection back when we used to stay together and I am just so blessed not only me but also my sisters and brothers of Mapuifagalele," said another elder who couldn't identify herself. 

"Bless you Chan Mow, bless my dear children here at Mapuifagalele who are doing such a wonderful job taking care of us and God bless all the mothers in Samoa and we wish you all a very happy and marvelous Mothers' Day tomorrow."
