A black Voxy vehicle crashed around 8 am today between Vaivase Primary School and the National University of Samoa.

Taxi drivers of the DB Taxi Stand at Vaivase told the Samoa the vehicle involved was trying to overtake a few cars before the driver lost control of the vehicle.

The driver is a youth male.

Esera Ne'emia, an N.U.S. student who witnessed the crash, said what he saw was like action from a movie.

“I was almost at the gate when I heard voices of people screaming from in front of Vaivase Primary School and when I saw it, the vehicle was already on the air flipping towards the gate,” Mr. Neemia said.

The driver was taken to the hospital immediately.

Attempts to get a comment from the Police officers at the crash site were unsuccessful.
