Digicel gears up for White Sunday
PR - The countdown to White Sunday is on.
At Digicel, they are making this year’s White Sunday shopping a lot easier with the ‘Seki Mai Le White Sunday’ promotion - the company’s’ latest promotion for prepaid and postpaid capped customers.
“This year, we want to lift the burden off from parents who cope with White Sunday preparation expenses. We think it’s best we cover To’onai (Sunday feast) and the children’s attire, while you save your money for other commitments,” says Digicel C.E.O., Farid Mohammed.
Customers will get the chance to go into a draw to win one of 50 shopping vouchers, varying from $500, $750 and $1000 tala worth, as well as additional vouchers for their kids’ stationery and school needs when they top up $7 Tala or more on their Digicel numbers.
Over the next 8 weeks, there will also be five daily winners who will win $50 credit each to call and text other local Digicel numbers. In addition, there will be an additional two winners every week that will win an Alcatel MiFi Data Device that comes with free data.
“The entire prize pool excluding daily and weekly prizes is $40,000 tala and we are encouraging all of our customers to top up their phones by $7 or more, enjoy our Supa Seki Data and All in One plans and guarantee you have an entry to win these fantastic prizes” says Head of Marketing, Agnes Fruean.
Promotion entries close on the 7th October and the 50 winners for the White Sunday Shopping Vouchers will be drawn on the 8th October.
