Tufue Taiai Pisa and Pio Savali sealed their love for each other in a beautiful wedding ceremony at the Latter Day Saints  Temple in Pesega Saturday.

The couple met at the Samoa Rugby Union in New Zealand and after years of courtship, they decided to go one step further to exchange vows in front of God, families and friends.

The bride is from Fusi Safata, Lalomanu, Safota Lafai, and Tualele, and the groom is from Falefa and Faleula.

Mrs. Savali's sister, Elizabeth Betham said it's awesome seeing the couple seal their love for each other, and even more special having Mr. Savali's two daughters, Amelia and Miriama Savali, join their family.

"Having not only Pio into our family but also his two lovely daughters is such a blessings and I feel confident for my sister as she has found the one and true one for her.

"My sister is amazed and cannot wait to serve and to be able to help and be part of Pio's family," she said.

With tears, Amelia said she is excited to finally live under the same roof with Mrs. Savali and she trusts her as a mother figure.

Mrs. Betham's daughter, Otaileiuupuoleaiga Utopia Betham said she is more gracious of the opportunity to have a new and lovely cousin relationship with Amelia and Miriama as she was grown up the only girl in the family.

She added seeing the groom help out a lot in the family is a real blessing and she cannot explain more.

The wedding reception was held yesterday at the Orator Hotel and was attended by families and friends.
