“I believe these three leadership roles are a critical part of elevating our company to the next level,” said Rippe & Kingston Chief Executive Officer Tom Obermaier. “Our sole mission is to make our clients’ lives better. We will get there by extending technological benefits present in other markets to the legal industry. And these veterans from outside the law will go a long way to getting us there. I’m confident our clients and the industry will embrace their entrepreneurial spirit.”

Sarah Huber joins Rippe & Kingston from the Futbol Club Cincinnati (FC Cincinnati) where she helped launch the soccer club, creating its finance and human resource departments from scratch as the senior vice president and chief financial officer. She also led the complex process of securing financing for FC Cincinnati’s future major league soccer stadium, which will open in 2021. An accounting and finance leader, Huber has vast experience across all financial disciplines with both start-ups and established industry leaders. As Rippe & Kingston CFO, Huber will oversee all finance, legal and human resources operations.

Thomas Shore has over 30 years of experience designing, configuring and building enterprise solutions for both domestic and global markets. He comes to Rippe & Kingston from Uniface B.V. and, prior to that, was a worldwide technical specialist at Compuware Corporation. Shore’s deep experience in software engineering and consulting, working with a diverse range of clients, will be particularly relevant as Rippe & Kingston continues to evaluate and evolve its software solutions to best serve law practices. As CTO, Shore will direct the firm’s technological efforts, including software design, development and implementation.

As the Rippe & Kingston brand grows, marketing efforts will focus more on accessible client education and solution-based communications. Ginny Schumacher brings more than 20 years of market research expertise and sales and leadership experience to the company, making her the ideal person to lead its evolving marketing and communications initiatives. She comes to Rippe & Kingston from Advertising Vehicles, where she successfully oversaw the creation of a new visual brand identity, developed and managed execution of their integrated marketing and advertising plans, and strengthened their digital strategies. Prior to that, she led enterprise-wide marketing research functions for Cintas to capture and apply insights towards new product development, brand equity and messaging, advertising effectiveness and competitor research efforts.
