There’s another side to rugby.

While many may see it as a ruthless and merciless game where men from various rugby nations go head to head on the field, it’s a different story altogether outside of that rugby pitch.

On Thursday morning, the Manu Samoa 15’s rugby team took a different approach in their preparation towards their Pacific Nations Cup challenge against Ikale-Tahi Tonga at the A.N.Z. Stadium in Suva this week.

In a video uploaded on Facebook, the players were seen distributing food for the homeless and street kids at the Sukuna Park in Suva.

According to the post, the Manu Samoa team was assisting the Great Commission Church through their Care Ministry to help the homeless around the streets of Fiji’s capital.
