P.M. to face two opponents
The Samoa Observer reached out to Tu’ula over the phone for comments; however he refused to be interviewed unless the Samoa Observer puts a photo of him on the front page along with his comments. “What I want is for my photo to be on the front page, full page that is,” he said. The reporter put it to Tu’ula that such demands will not be considered. “Well then, that is what I want, my photo is blasted full page along with my comments, only then I will entertain questions,” he demanded.
Centenarian among mothers honoured by Methodist Church
The Methodist Church in Samoa honoured the lives and services of 49 mothers of the church, who have reached 70-years-old and above, at Foga'a Faleula on Friday. Among them was a very special mother, Tele Semu, of Tufulele, who is a 100 years old.
