Just so typical

Re: Solar power dispute negotiated

Just typical. Another investor dudded in Samoa (as I nearly was).

Infrastructure in place and Samoans change the rules. The saying still stands true; “There are less grains of sand on the beaches than Palagi who have gone broke in the Pacific.”

The investors come there to do credible business with advantages for both sides and get stolen from, is the simple way of putting it. It’s in the nature and psyche of the people of the Pacific to steal.

Religion was wasted on them as they can’t adhere to its rules of credibility! And let’s not forget their brutality. Oh and incest and rape. And corruption. It all seems endless.
