Re: Is Samoa safe or not?

You know the old saying, one bad apple ruins everything. 

What’s happening to Samoa nowadays? 

Wasn’t like this growing up in the ‘50s and ‘60s. Parents need to buckle down on these kids. They’re out of hand. 

No respect for others and the public.
