Power plays In paradise

With independent prosecutors engaged for our suspended Police Commissioner and the Director of the National Prosecution office, a quick check reveals that charge out rates in New Zealand law firms by their people range from $150 to $700 upwards ... an hour!

They’ll need to.

And isn’t it great that the Minister of Finance hopes to save SAT2 million from enforcing rules regarding government cars?

Although some of that may already be committed to cover recent office renovations.

Ha! With a bit of luck, we may just end up breaking even.
