I agree with Tuilaepa

Dear Editor

RE: Samoa Founded on Tuilaepa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi of Lepa?

First and foremost if you’re being paid for services rendered why then are you not being taxed, and what does that have anything to do with being Christian? In my humble opinion, one should never be paid for preaching the Lords work, so how would these pastors live? Well, find a job.

Just because you wear that hat does not negate you from paying the government what you owe like any other business or citizen.

If you’re going to claim freedom of religion then preach it till the kingdom come but either you preach on Sunday and work a regular job Monday to Friday or claim Sunday as your work day, pastor as your job description and pay the tax man. For this one time I must agree with the PM.
