CrossFit Fatu Toa is launching their 2017 CrossFit Kids programme at their Vaitele location tomorrow.

The programme will be delivered by Xavier Martel, who is a certified CrossFit Kids instructor, a level 1 CrossFit trainer and a former Manu Samoa 7’s and Judo athlete.

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning programme designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness.

In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.

CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scaleable for any participant at any level.

“Classes are designed to accommodate Kids & Teens from ages 6 to 18 of all fitness levels with an emphasis on developing good movement patterns which will help your little athlete become faster and stronger in their chosen sport,” a statement from the gym says.

“To launch this program for the new school year, CrossFit Fatu Toa are inviting parents and their children to come for a free trial CrossFit Kids session this Saturday at9am at their location on Mosooi Street in Vaitele (road leading up to Samoa Observer & Signs Studio). Registrations can also be taken on the day for the term, spaces are limited! Call them on 28901 or 7623328, email [email protected]
