The Vaimoso Rugby Club (VRC) has gratefully received sponsorship worth $5,000 from proud sons of Vaimoso, Letoa Wenzel Keil and HJ Keil. 

The sponsorship was presented HJ Keil Headquarters, Taufusi, yesterday.

Letoa and the HJ Keil family are sons of Vaimoso from the Matua-o-Patauave Family. 

VRC Chairman Lasi Leilani Une thanked Letoa and the HJ Keil Family on behalf of the VRC; for the Sponsorship and for the many years of support and patronage of the Vaimoso Rugby Club.

 “My Family and HJ Keil are happy to continue our support and sponsorship of the VRC as part of our ongoing tautua to our Village and the development of its Youth,” Letoa said. 

“On behalf of my family and HJ Keil, we wish the club continued success.”

Letoa is one of the Patrons of the VRC and has been a stalwart of the club through many years of support and funding the clubs welfare over the years.

Throughout, HJ Keil’s sponsorship contribution has included uniforms, gear and funding for the day to day running and development of the players and the club.

VRC is currently renewing and finalizing all Sponsorship for 2018 going forward.

As part of its rugby development strategy going forward, the Vaimoso Rugby Club has recently moved back to the Apia Rugby Union for this 2018 Rugby Season.
